Hello. I just installed my KPN Thuis modem and the glas light is not on. I tried to reconnect everything again, reboot but still nothing. Is it normal to wait certain amount of hours for it to work or should I call to schedule a technician appointment?

Hello @Marvin D, normally it can take a few hours for the connection to work. When the connection is still down after the activation date, the fastest way to get help is to call 0800-0402. A customer service agent can then take the necessary steps to get your connection up and running.Â
