I've got a sms to install the glasvezel and we did that 

and now I would like to change my internet speed becasue it's just 100mb/s.

But there's is no selection for the 1Gb/s  or the other glasvezel selection.

Is it that the glasvezel is not connected yet? Do I have to call and make a appointment for it?

Let me know what to do.

You better call with 0800-0402 for assistance. 
They are open for this tomorrow from 8.00 to 18.00.
