Help needed with installation fiber optic setup

As mentioned in the title, I subscribed to a KPN fiber optic setup. The connection point in the apartment is a small white box on which I should slide the black fiber optic box, however, there are other cables which are physically in the way, which block the black box from sliding on the white connection point. I cannot move the cables out of the way, and cannot move the white connection point myself.

Can you please confirm what is the process in this case - can a technician come to physically move the white connection point to a more accessible place, so that the black fiber optic box can slide onto it?
