How can I get help with my not working internet?

I want to contact with You for months because internet is every day not worki g. No contact and no help. Drama;!!!!!!!

I want to cancel my abonament because YOU HAVE LIED TO ME ABOUT EVERYTHING. YOUR INTERNET IS **** AND DOESNT WORK!

Welcome to the KPN community.

It is of course very annoying and frustrating if the internet fails every day.

In that case, the best thing to do is to contact the KPN breakdown service by telephone.
An employee of the breakdown service will then perform a line measurement on the fibre optic connection between the local exchange and your home address, to determine where the problem is.

The employee can also read the KPN Modem, to see if it is possible that the modem is the problem.

Call 0800-0402 and after the voice response voice has asked you what you are calling about, say the following: I have a breakdown

The KPN breakdown service can be reached by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of breakdowns and problems.

If you want to cancel your KPN internet subscription, you can also do this via the telephone customer service at the cancellations and contract management department.
You can make a callback appointment for this, on a date and time that suits you best.

Good afternoon,

I am writing this email because I cant stand anymore the way I am treaten by kpn.

For sure you can check all connections from my telephone with all kpn services ***

In december I spent over an hour with your workers switching me to different departments.

In early months of 2024 your worker calls me and give me an offer of internet.

I have explain that I am from abroad and fast internet is extremely necessary for me.

I told that I use internet tv etc.

 

Your worker told me that it will be no problem because it is fast.

He also preomised that in december in my apartment will be connected glass fiber /optic fiber, and I can upgrade it for free (that was condition because of which, I agreed to sign the contract)

First thing- internet what I received is tragic, I tried to contact kpn many times about that (you can check). Its enough that my son turns on playstation, and I already cant use internet on other devices.

I tried to contact also kpn network about my glass fiber and I heard that it was blocked by kpn. What the hell?!?!?!?!?!? Your worker promissed me that it will be in december and I can upgraded everything for free.

At the end of 2024 I also tried another way- I have ordered separate abonnement from kpn for glass fiber with speed of 4 gb, but today 09-01-2025 I received email (***************) that it is impossible because I already have contract for crap internet via phone cabel.

 

Dear person, who read this: I am sorry for my nerves and rude language, but I cant stand anymore fighting kpn and being ignore. You can check telephone call which I had in early 2024 about offer I have received from your worker.

Condition which made me sign the contract was told by your worker in december you will be connected to glass fiber/optic fiber and you can upgrade it for free.

What a pitty that I have been lied about all what I heard from your worker.

All phone calls were registrated by kpn, so please do something with that.

All what I heard was lies and nothing is like I have been promissed.

When I called angry to cancel my subscription, I heard ok, but you have to pay over 700euro.

Hey you have lied to me!!! All promises were false- otherwise I wouldn’t sign contract with kpn (especially that I had internet by ziggo then, only it was more expensive but speed was 10000000000 times better)

 

So please, do something with that:

- change my subscription to glass fiber/ optic fiber like I have been promissed by kpn

Or

Cancel my contract without any payment (because its not my fault that I have been lied and all conditions told by your worker were false, but they made my decission to sign contract with you. So I am not person who change rules or didn’t make conditions. From beginning you did it

Or

Let another provider give me connection with glass fiber/ optic fiber

I send that email to news to inform about dirty practics kpn is using, maybe I will protect another people to not make my misstakes.

 

If I will notr receive any normal answer/ contact I will also sue kpn in the court. You are registering all calls so proves for court is already in kpn 😊

What's the status at the moment since a few days have past since your last post? Could you please fill in your profile so that I can have a look at this matter? Right now it's hard for me to say something useful since I have no furher information. Please let me know when you filled in your profile so I can have a further look.

Data are filled. 

I have sent that letter also to KPN in zoetermeer via postnl and ofcourse no response.

Do KPN is really so cheating company that gain klants through lies and later blocking them with every posibility?

Unfortunately, I don't have access to the letters you've sent to KPN. That's why my advice is to submit an official complaint, which you can do using this online form.

Additionally, I see that your street is connected to fiber, but your home is not yet. You can check this yourself on this page and you'll also get the option to request a feasibility study.
