Hello,

My internet contract is going to expire, and my roommate is leaving. So I want to extend the contract and change the name on the contract. What should I do?

Hi @Eshrek, welcome to our KPN Forum and thanks for you message!

This is certainly possible. It is best to first arrange a contract takeover, after which the new contractor can adjust the subscription as he or she likes it. Or vice versa, that you can now adjust it to his or her wishes and arrange the contract takeover when that has been introduced. The contract takeover can now also be done online, via this website.
