I can not connect my company FTP, MySQL, MsSQL or SSH

Hello everyone, I have been having FTP connection problems, Mysql Server connection problems, and sometimes RDP and SSH connection problems on my home internet for the last 1-2 months. At first I didn't think it was due to KPN. Then I tried to connect to Germany, Belgium, etc. with my friend's SURFSHARK account and saw that I was connected without any problems. I also have a Vodafone sim card in my mobile phone. When I try to connect via wi-fi from my cell phone, I can connect without any problem. I am attaching the error I get when I try to connect to a standard remote mysql server.
