I lost the power cable for my FTU

Hi,

 

I lost the power supply (energy cable) that turns on the Optic Fiber adapter (not the modem itself. This one is fine). The model is GMC-TK01-XGS2110B.

 

How can i get a replacement?

Make a socalled "Call Back" appointment and you will be called back by the KPN. Note what the type / model of your modem is. With that the KPN knows what kind of power supply to send to you. Perhaps you need pay for that new power supply ?

This is correct. A new adapter is almost always free of charge. It would have to be an exception for this to have happened to you more often, but I don’t expect that to be the case. So please schedule a call-back appointment as indicated to get this sorted.
Could you let me when it's done?
