I have been trying tI end my contract for three months. I moved to Spain permanently in May 2022 and requested termination of contract on 10th August. Almost two months down the line and after multiple calls my contract is still active, KPN continues charging me for a line I do not use. This must be the worst customer service ever! 12 years of business in the Netherlands mean nothing to them

I'm glad to help. May I ask how you have terminated your contract? Online? Do you also have a conformation of the termination through e-mail?
