Internet doesn't work after the modem update

After KPN update Modem cant catch Internet(Light Blinking) again internet gone…. Thank you KPN

Did you restart your modem as advised in the e-mail by pulling out the powerplug for a minute and then putting it back in afterwards?

Yes did it, its happen third time in this year….

Is your netwerk cable that connects the FTU and your modem still okay? If it is, maybe your modem should be replaced…

Hi @Karolis700, did you also try to reset the modem by pressing the small reset button on the back of the modem?
