I got a new Internet subscription from KPN, they said the connection will start from 20th September, and on 20th september received message from KPN to install their device, but the internet was not working, I contacted KPN and they said one technician will come and fix issue after 4 days, but now there is no internet from odido and no internet from KPN as well.

 

The customer support and technical team cant help and said I need to wait.

Is this how KPN helps customers? 

Normally a cable will be switched at a central point in your surroundings. It looks like planning of an engineer takes longer because of weekends. If you have a KPN mobile contract you can call 0800 0402 and ask for 100GB bundle so you can be online.
