In July I change to KPN with a adsl service Tv+Internet, but because the instalation of the modem was made outside of my house (Kast meter is outside) I cannot watch Tv let alone use the Internet which most of the times is 1Mbs to a 4Mbs maximum. I called already 3 times and the soluccion is or to make holes in my house to connect the cable direct to the Modem or use Super Wifi extender by KPN. Apparently the ones MediaMarkt sell does not work.

I tried to cancel because I do not a service at all, but I am treated to pay all the remainig months.How can I solve this without spending money in lawyers or Court Services. 

 

Hello @zambujal2008, i understand your utilitybox is outside your appartment. If there in the utility box is the KPN connection to connect your KPN Experiabox with, you will need to place the box there or make the cable for the connection longer. 

In your situation i would recommend to try to get the KPN Experiabox inside your house. 


Of course but that's not possible, I do not have the ADSL cable inside my house. And I do not want holes and cables everywhere around the house either.


The best way possible to get a good connection is to get a cable from your utility box to your home. If you don't want that then you can contact the department of contracts. Here at the community we don't do cancellations of contracts.
