Internet Light on the Modem is green and blinking, but internet is not working

I moved another address in Almere and received my Fiber Box  on Monday. I  installed it and service is activated on Wednesday ( 6th Spetember )  I received the information sms yesterday morning ( 6th September ) .  I go through the steps from https://www.kpn.com/service/pakket-installeren/installatiehulp.htm but  internet is still not working

That's unfortunate, did you manage to resolve it already? Otherwise you could always contact 0800-0402 and schedule an appointment with a installation technician.
