i just got my package for wifi, and installed the wifi modem. but the green light for internet is not turned on, i see a red light for services, and i cannot connect to the wifi as well. what’s the problem and how can I fix this?

The question is whether this is due to the connection or your setup. Did you reset the modem? If I'm correct, you have a cable connected to the grey DSL port, is that right? That cable should come from one of these connections. Is that also correct? If so, please give us a call as there is no signal coming in and we need to investigate this.
