Internet turned off at home, instead of on husband's phone

 Hello, you turned off the Internet at my house, *** The Internet was supposed to be turned off on my husband's phone. I need the Internet at home. Please turn it back on if possible. Agnieszka Adamska

Hi Jozwik, this sounds not good. Best (and quickest) way to get this sorted is to call KPN at 0800 0402. They should be able to help you.

    The free of charge number of kpn is 0800-0402 ( <- tab on your mobile to call)

    I'm afraid there has been miscommunication.

    Already a disappointment, this cannot be repaired before Tuesday. Due to Easter.
