Is it possible to change my IP address?

It is not possible to change your IP-adress. Which reason do you have to change it?

Thanks for your reaction. A technician in France told me I should request this to be able to receive these channels again ( streaming channels from France) after having tried many things already like re-installing the streaming app, telling them I have no proxy or VPN etc...Will speak with a VPN technician tomorrow- Not sure what will happen

Even if it had been possible, I think there's a good chance it wouldn't have helped anything.

Why would one IP address not work and another would?

Thanks again. Will confirm with KPN technician tomorrow and call the French service provider after that. I feel the IP is the problem as I can connect to these channels via KPN network ( not wifi) and out of home like from my office in Delft :-) or in Schiphol yesterday...Strangely, I had this as a reliable connection for the past 10 years without a glitch and it all went to hell after a power failure at home. Never worked again.

KPN isn't blocking traffic per IP.
