KPN fiber connection does not work after first installation

I have recently subscribed to KPN internet. I’ve just installed the equipment after i got an email that everything is ready to go, but the “Glas” light on the adapter does not go green. I need help ASAP. If i appoint a technician he will come only tomorrow.

Sorry to read that you had trouble connecting your fiber. 

When it is the first day connecting it can take some time before it becomes active. 

Is your internet connection working at the moment?
