KPN modem subscription started but no internet signal

Hi ​@smithsen and welcome to our KPN Community. Odd that the internet isn't working yet, so I'm glad you made a topic for this. 

You say you don't see a subscription in your account. Is this your MijnKPN account? Have you connected the internet subscription to this account yet? 
If you’ve received the e-mail saying that your subscription is ready and you can use the internet, try the troubleshooting on our internet problems page. It is in Dutch, but hopefully it is clear enough.

If that's not helping either, then make a call appointment with us. Then my colleague will be able to help you!
