Hello I’m leaving the country in 2 weeks and need to cancel my subscription.
I already gave notice of my cancellation via kpn.com and received a mail saying my request will be process in 5 working days but this was 12 days ago and I still have no news …

What should I do now? Can sombeody help me cancel my subscription?

Hi @Robin.G, sorry to hear you weren't called after you filled in the form. The quickest way to cancel your subscription is call us on 0800-0402. There is a special department that can help you cancel your subscription. Unfortunatelly, I don't have the rights to do so. :frowning2:
