Meerdere verbroken verbindingen binnen 24 uur met niet-KPN modem

Mijn modem (geen Experiabox) geeft sinds ik verhuisd ben steeds onderstaande aan. Op mijn oude adres had ik nooit problemen met het zelfde modem en internet van KPN, misschien een probleem in de wijkcentrale?

Beste ​@Rubbereend , de KPN helpdesk kan je daar mee helpen als je eerst het originele KPN modem aansluit, bel daartoe naar 0800 0402 of via de MijnKPN app.
