Modem received but no call from KPNNetwerk for installation

Hi all,

just switching from another provider to KPN and my subscription starts in a week.

I have received my modem today, but I recall in our phone conversation last month that I was also supposed to receive a call from KPN Netwerk for the installation since my meter cupboard is at my doorstep and needing to pull cables inside my house. (I also recall this service would be free for the first 15mt) Not sure what I should do as starting to stress out as working from home for most of my time.

Any recommendations?
