Welcome to the forum @Annasal! If all is right by now you should have had the box that contains the modem and other equipment needed to get your subscription started. This should have been delivered at the same adress you see on the contract. If you have not could you fill out your profile and let me know here when you did so? Then I can check for you what the status of the order is!
