Moving house on Sept 4. How do I move subscription with me?

Hi I am moving to a new address on Saturday 4th September. I want to continue with KPN how do I do this?

If you want to do it in English call with the free number 0800-0402

You have to do this at least 2 weeks in advance of moving house.
