I am moving on 17th of October and system gave techican visit for my internet move to 20th october. I am working from home so 3 days without internet is a big problem for me. Can you please reschedule my appointment on 18th of October. From web it is not possible to change. Thank You

In general it's not possible to reschedule an appointment to an earlier date because the mechanic is usually plannend on the same day your signal will become active. Of course I would like to take a look for you to see if there is anything possible but I'm afraid I will have to disappoint you
