My service starts today, but the Box 12 doesn't have internet yet

Self installation done with kpn modem box 12 and black fiber box. All lights on fiber box and modem is green but still no internet, though wifi is connected. My service starts from Sep 22

Hi ​@Msyl, welcome to the community. Usually the connection is not activated at 2 am, it usually hapens during the day. The moment it becomes active you'll receive a text (sms) message informing you it has been activated. Have you received that text yet? If you have, I expect the connection to be working now 🙂
