After three weeks of rigorous follow-ups, I got the fiber optic connection, and I called a technician to fix the NT box that I did not receive. My billing also started the da. He installed it after 2 days and said that the device could not be connected to the internet since it is a national outage and should be fixed in a couple of hours. It has been 3 days since, and I have called KPN twice every day. They say that they have no idea when it will be fixed.

How can you not have an idea, and how is this acceptable? I need a solution and somebody to fix this immediately.

Could you help with this? I have reached out to customer care two times everyday and nobody has helped.

Yes, it was corrected last Friday and was finally fixed.
