No internet for 2 weeks now and fibre connection still isn't working

Is there a way to escalate a case with KPN?

My internet was turned off 2 weeks ago and I have been told to ‘wait until I hear from them’

The whole process has been painful

Hi Mike! That's a long time to be without internet! Did they tell you why?

The quickest way to get into contact with our customer service is by phone on 0800-0402 but you can also ask them to call you back on kpn.com/english
My colleagues should be able to help you with the issue or at least provide you some insight on the situation.

Unfortunately support keep wanting to send engineers out, who say that everything is fine, and then tell me to call support. It’s a seemingly endless loop that never gets fixed.
