No internet for the last 3 days, waiting for a mechanic to be planned

Since Monday morning we are having no Wi-Fi at home. There is hardly anything done by KPN customer care after creating a ticket and sending it to the back office. The only response that received after 15 phone calls has been that there appears to be some kind of crossover between the glass fibre cables which is causing this issue. A mechanic needs to be planned, but we do not get any calls for making this appointment.

 

It has been very difficult for us as we are fully dependent on this Wi-Fi due to unavailability of KPN mobile network in the region where we live. There has been no TV, phone, Internet for us in the last three days which has been in the middle of the holiday season.

Any support here would be highly appreciated.

Hello ​@Raman275, welcome to our online KPN community. To have these problems is really annoying, especially during the Holidays. I see you already made contact with the customer service department to get your connection up and running again. The tecnical department is needed to fix this issue. 

Now it's almost New Year and i hope your connection is up and running again.
