Optic Fiber cable was not installed in my home

Hi!

There is a fiber optic cable running through my apartment but no one came back to install the connection box. Now when I tried to take out Odido internet and a technician came to install my internet, they said they cannot install the fiber optic box as it is managed by KPN and they will contact them. However, nothing has happened. A month later, KPN sales man came by and when they checked the connection, then in their system it showed it was installed but actually it was not. What am I supposed to do? How will I get it installed?

From what I understand, it sounds like you have a subscription with Odido that runs via a fiber optic connection. It’s possible that this fiber connection is provided by KPN Netwerk, but that’s a separate company from the one you're currently contacting. This is the KPN Community, which belongs to the provider KPN.

In cases where something still needs to be done with your connection, it's always best to contact your own provider. They can coordinate with the right parties, including KPN Netwerk if necessary.

If you do have a KPN subscription, the best thing to do is to contact the helpdesk by phone. They’ll be able to assist you further. You can make a callback appointment for this, on a date and time that suits you best. Click on the following link: schedule a callback request

Als het gaat om een glas-abonnement bij Odido dan kun je alleen maar Odido aansturen, de KPN heeft geen abonnement-gegevens van je, dus daar moet Odido voor zorgen

Here you need to contact “KPN Netwerk” who are responsible for the network part of the company.
