PPPOE error Connection has been terminated: remote station is not answering to LCP Echo requests

I am sorry to bother you, but I am really frustrated with these errors. I work from home and use Tailscale to connect to my company's network. Very often, when I open my laptop, the internet disappears and I see these errors in the router logs. This has been happening for a few months and I am really tired of it.
