Requesting a Replacement Experia V10 Box

My Experia Box  v10 shows a “Services” light constantly, and the internet quality is poor. I have tried to disconnect power and to reset, but the problem remains. I think I need to replace the box, but do not need a KPN technician to come to the house to do that. How do I request a new box on line? I can’t find a customer services number to call …… Hope someone can help.

Hi @FamGr, welcome! I have changed your accountname: we don't allow users to use their customernumber due to privacy reasons. I see that a mechanic will come tomorrow between 12 and 14 hours. Is that a problem? If he sees anything wrong with the Experia Box, he will switch it right away.
