Hello ,
My current provider is Telfort which is co-operating with KPN. I am going to change provider next month but they asked for my KPN Service ID. I reached the customer service of Telfort but they told me that they know nothing about this. So that's the reason why I am sending you this e-mail. Can you help me somehow?
Thank you

Hi Nikolaos, welcome on our board.
There isn't much I can do for you in this case. The service ID is something the new provider must ask and the netwerk operator must provide. A private consumer has nothing to do with is, there is no way for you to track down this number. This is simply put not your responsibility. Your new provider must know how to do this.
I hope it works out. Good luck!
