Slow Internet Speed Despite Resetting Router

Hello, my internet speed has been very slow despite resetting the router multiple times. Occasionally, the speed goes above 200 Mbps, but most of the time, it remains around 50 Mbps. I subscribed to a 1 Gbps plan, and this issue has been ongoing for the past three days. I contacted customer care, and they reset the fiber connection, but the problem persists with no improvement. Could someone please look into this?

Hi @George4903 , how did you test your speed?

The best way of testing is to make a wired connection, directly between your pc/laptop and the experiabox. Then run speedtest, for example from speedtest.net .

If you are working over wifi, speeds will never be reliable.

The same question I wanted to ask you! Via wifi you will always lose speed (how much depends on your surroundings). Will you let us know what the status of your problem is at the moment?
