Hello,

We are moving back to our home country and would like to cancel our subscription. We are not going to get all that proof you mentioned on your site that we are moving. We are in a hurry and unfortunately don't have time for that. Our subscription started last month for one year, It would make sense that we don't have to pay full subscription after cancellation, if we are not even using it. Please let me know what are the options to cancel subscription in this situation.

Hello @ireneirene  Subscription cancellation via the forum is not possible.

Are you still in the Netherlands? Please call KPN toll-free 0800-0402. Ignore the Dutch speaking VRS (voice response system), just ask for the department “Opzeggingen”. They can help you with this.

However, for an early cancellation you’ll need to provide the proof requested. There’s no other way.
