We have had no internet for over 1,5 week. We have been lied to repeatedly about when it would be fixed. A technician was supposed to come to the house to fix it and never showed up and we were not informed further after this. We have had no compensation for the extra we have had to pay to have internet. Very poor customer service when we call, with continuous misinformation! This is unacceptable!! 

Hi @Unhappy customer 123, i'm very sorry to hear this! Is the problem still not solved? If a technician needs to come to your house, I would advise you to call 0800-0402 again. My colleagues can schedule an appointment right away. Any compensation can be received after the problems are solved.
