When will I receive my welcome gift?

Hi i have subscribed for kpn internet for 2 yesrs a month ago but i havent revieved my free philips television.

 

Could you help me when i am going to reveive it?

 

Right now i am paying full price of internet and no informstion regarding my gift or how and when o am going to receive it.

    I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for information about your welcome gift.

    Was your order completed successfully, is your subscription active, and have you connected your modem? (The modem is the device that provides internet access in your home.) If so, you'll receive an email with a redemption code 14 days after your connection becomes active.  Does this apply to your situation?
