When will the internet be available at my address in Amsterdam?

If I understand correctly, this concerns a relatively new address that has not yet been connected to our fiber-optic network. At this point it’s a matter of waiting for the network operator to complete their work so that we can provide service. I gather from your post that you’ve already been in contact about this. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this and can only ask you to wait for the process to be completed. If you contact us it’s also possible to order an emergency package as a temporary solution.
