Wifi network disappears shortly after resetting the modem

Hello, we have the same problem. We received the modem/router a few days ago and went through the installation document accordingly. The Wifi connects with the name and password at the back of the router properly but after a few minutes it disappears and seems to get a new name and password. Resetting will cause the issue to happen again, no fix for it.
