Hello,

 

Wi-Fi Internet is not working since early morning of 13th October 2024. I tried all solutions provided on KPN website but it didn’t work. Because of Wi-Fi issue, whole families Sunday got ruined as we already planned to watch movie on Netflix. Also, got technician appointment on Tuesday 15th Oct means Monday 14th Oct, need to complete office work on some other Internet device. Let me know, what was our fault to face this kind of service which made us unhappy.

 

What will KPN will do to redeem our unsatisfactory service.

How unfortunate that your WiFi went down on a Sunday. Outages can happen. Luckily, you were able to get a technician within 2 days of reporting the issue. Has the technician been yet? And has the issue been resolved?

As for compensation, this can be requested through our website, and the days when the connection wasn’t working will be credited.
