Wifi Speed dropped from 130 Mbit/s to 10 Mbit/s

Basically KPN’s Fiber Optic has never been optimal and I’ve had issues with it from the start. But if there’s any one claim that’s consistent with your engineers, it’s “where there’s connectivity, the speed should remain the same (all things constant)”.  So could you help me to understand what could have caused the wifi speeds to drop from 130mb/s to 10mb/s without any change in device using the internet?

Hi @CasanovaAF, that is a big drop in speed! Have you also checked the speed on a computer that is connected via a wire? That will give us a better picture of the connection. Does a speedtest via that way show a better result?

If it does, it might be the Wifi connection that causes this. In that case, you can do the Wifi Manager on our site.
