I’ve been in this loop and please can someone help here
I got a mail from KPN asking me to change my email on the website because it’s wrong
and after I go to KPN web it requires me to log in with my *Incorrect* email that I registered for my number, and *verify* with that *incorrect* email which I actually dont have…..
How can I change it?
I tried to call customer service but it’s all Dutch

You were asked to change your e-mailadres. But what did you need to change it for?
Is it for mijnKPN? Or was there a mistake when ordering a contract?

My email for the contract was wrong so there’s no way I can get email from them for login verification
also I don’t get my contract and even don’t see my phone number
And also fill in the correct e-mailadres.
Then I can retreive your information and see what I can do for you. :)
