cant see details on MyKPN

I can't see any details in MyKPN. I want to view my MBs remaining and also upgrade my subscription plan, but I cannot see anything in the Overview and Products section in MyKPN. Both the website and the app are broken since last 5 days. this is surprising that it has not been fixed. I also submitted a screenshot via the feedback button on the website

Hi @ansh27 and welcome to our forum! Is the MijnKPN screen not showing anything? Is it completely white and empty? If that's the case, please go to the settings in the app (Profiel in the right bottom and then App Instellingen), then go to Contacten and disable the function there. After that the app should work again. 

If that's not the case, then I'd advice you to disconnect your subscriptions from your MijnKPN. If you go to your Producten overview you'll see Product verwijderen. If you disconnect your subscriptions there and reconnect them afterwards I'm hoping all the data will show up again.
