How to create my KPN ID without Dutch phonenumber?

Hello, I'm Mihaela and one month ago I became user of your services, internet and tv, but I have one problem. I tried to make KPN ID but I forgot to write my mobile phone number when I did that, so now I cant confirm (verification) over SMS to log in into my KPN ID. Can you help me to solve that problem? Also, I dont have a Dutch phone number, so can I use the one I got now (Croatian)? Thank You.

Hi @Mihaela 289,

Unfortunately, KPN does not allow the use of a non Dutch phone numbers, and there is currently no alternative method to handle 2FA authentication. They are reportedly working on it, but that statement was made three months ago.

My advice is to file an official complaint about the lack of 2FA methods, as this might encourage them to speed up the development.
