MijnKPN app doesn't work on iPad

I am trying to log in to MijnKPN app on my IPad and it’s not working , I already uninstalled the app and is still not working, only on the browser it works. Help please 🥺?

Welcome to the community ​@Sarahcostavanhal. Can you tell me what isn't working exactly? Doesn't the app open, do you get an error, can't you login? Without more information it's hard to know what it happening. If you explain more, we can think with you.

If it's easier to explain it via phone, you can make a callback appointment (terugbelafspraak) on our site.


Hi Jasper , I have the same log in details , username and password , but it says that is wrong but then I can log in on the browser and also on the app on my phone . Only on the app on the iPad I can’t dunno why. Thanks

That is strange, when the details are identical it should work. Is there some difference between your phone and iPad, which could help explaining it? Do you use a VPN for example?


I don’t think there’s any difference between my iPhone or iPad . No I do not use a VPN.

I haven't seen this before. When you triewd to log in, did you type the user details, or did you copy paste them?
