How can i link the KPN remote control to our TCL 50V5C television?

See the receiver for setting to D3. That is also the only place where the TCL codes for the D3 can be found.

No, I still can’t connect the KPN remote to my new TCL tv. It was connected to my old Samsung tv.

In combination with the kpn remote evers tv works the same.

Press stop button during 5 seconds. Then enter a code you see on your tv via the Arris. 

I have tried all of the codes.

463 is the only one that flashes twice but it still doesn’t turn the tv off.

In that case is the D3 to old for a modern TCL. All the codes in the D3 are at least over 14 years old.

You can order a new one. But the set up of the buttons are different. And some buttons as ⏹ are no longer available. Then use the back "terug" button.

The correct remote for Arris VIP2952. Remote T4HU1010

Order via customer service 0800-0402.
