KPN TV+ Probleem multicast bij gebruik van een switch

@Harmen65 Een Orbi 520 bestaat niet, maar in een Orbi Router moet je de optie "Disable IGMP Proxying” deactiveren.

View or change WAN settings

Disable IGMP Proxying. IGMP proxying allows a computer on the local area
network (LAN) to receive the multicast traffic it is interested in from the Internet.
If you do not need this feature, select this check box to disable it.

Enable British Telecom IGMP proxy support
You must use this feature only for British Telecom (BT) Internet Protocol television (IPTV)
service. It might also work with TalkTalk IPTV service.

To enable BT IGMP proxy support:

1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your
   Orbi network.
2. Enter orbilogin.com. A login window opens.
3. Enter the Orbi admin user name and password.
   The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time
   that you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
   The BASIC Home page displays.
4. Select ADVANCED > Setup > WAN Setup.
   The WAN Setup page displays.
5. Clear the Disable IGMP Proxying check box.
6. Select the Support British Telecom (BT) IGMP Proxying check box.
7. Click the Apply button.

Your settings are saved.

Bij de rbr 50 kun je igmp niet instellen

Dan gaat multicast in combinatie daarmee dus niet werken.

Ik heb hem nu rechtstreeks via modem kpn dat werkt wel

Of moet ik allemaal andere switchboxen aanschaffen die wel multicast ondersteunen

@Harmen65 Ben je zeker? Heb je in WAN-instelling gekeken? Volgens Netgear wel sinds versie 1.5.0.12

Is het dan bezwaarlijk als het zo blijft? Overigens zou ie ook via de wifi van de Box12 kunnen met multicast.
