Only NPO 1, 2 and 3 are working

Hello,

I have a problem with digital TV receptor, only NPO 1, 2 and 3 are working. Others are showing a black screen. I tried everything, reboot TV receptor, modem, no luck.

I also tried an other receptor, but it is hanging at 95%.

Hi @Nicolas74, welcome to the community. That is an annoying problem. There are several things that can be at play here, one of them is what Peter is describing. Have you contacted that number yet?

Another possibility is another device in the network that is causing interference. If that is the case you can remove all devices from the network, and one by one add them again. When the issue reappears you'll know which device it causing this.

My mother had that problem with her Arcadyan HMB2260. She called kpn and they switched it for the Arris VIP5202. Probleem was solved.

In the meantime she used the KPN iTV app downloaded in her smart-tv.

Number kpn: 0800-0402 No fee. ( <- indien mobiel aantikken om te bellen)

Open: Monday to friday 8:00 till 18:00; saturday till 17:00

With technical interruption 24/7.

Problem solved, I called the support number and we did exactly what you are suggesting.
