55% discount code not working

I received a KPN code with 55% korting and tried to switch from my current provider to KPN. I used the code to place an order, but my number couldn’t be ported due to my existing contract. KPN support advised I could try again in 5 days when I would be within the 120-day window.

 

I cancelled the first order and attempted to place a new one with the same code, but it now shows as invalid. I contacted KPN support, and they confirmed the code should work again after the cancellation and suggested waiting a day. I’ve waited, but the code still doesn’t work.

 

The code is valid until 31 August 2025. Could you please either reactivate the existing code or provide a new one?

Als je bij je oude provider nog een contract hebt, dan zal je gewoon moeten wachten totdat dat contract afgelopen is.

I understand that, but like i said that was when i first place dit but now i am at the period where i can switch to new provider but the actie code is not working even though it is valid till 31st August. So i need help with fixing the code

If you still want to benefit from the offer, it's best to contact our customer service. They have the ability to contact a back-office department that can generate a new code for you. 

The best way to contact us now is via a callback appointment. We will call you at a time that suits you and you will immediately get an employee on the line. You can also contact us via X or Facebook. Let me know if you were able to resolve the issue with the support desk.

@Arjan van KPN Thank you for responding. I have reached out to the customer service call multiple times and also reached out visa facebook. So far there is no fix on this yet or clarity on it. Can you please look into and provide me some help with this topic.

Great! Then my assumption that the code could not be used again was incorrect. It was just a matter of waiting until the cancellation was fully processed.
