I received a KPN code with 55% korting and tried to switch from my current provider to KPN. I used the code to place an order, but my number couldn’t be ported due to my existing contract. KPN support advised I could try again in 5 days when I would be within the 120-day window.
I cancelled the first order and attempted to place a new one with the same code, but it now shows as invalid. I contacted KPN support, and they confirmed the code should work again after the cancellation and suggested waiting a day. I’ve waited, but the code still doesn’t work.
The code is valid until 31 August 2025. Could you please either reactivate the existing code or provide a new one?
