Dear all,

I recently ordered KPN internet + Netflix basic entertainment on the basis that I will receive 5 euro discount on the entertainment part but in the invoice I received for August it appears that I have been charged the full cost of the entertainment service giving that during my order filling in I saw that the discount was applied on the total monthly fee. What should I do to get this little issue so to speak sorted out. Thanks in advance.

It is possible the invoice was already processed when you ordered Netflix, in which case it will be corrected on the next invoice. If you fill in your profile details someone will be able to check for you what the problem seems to be.

I see you only have a home subscription and no mobile subscription on this adress.
To get the €5,- entertainment discount you need both.
