I received today the factuur for KPN Mobiel for December 2023, and it did not include the 7.50 EUR discount I am supposed to receive, since I also subscribed to a KPN Thuis service.

Please refund this to my account as soon as possible.

Is one of the subscriptions new? Because it seems your subscriptions have not yet been registered for Combivoordeel. You can do this yourself:

  1. Go to our website for the online form.
  2. Scroll down and add your information. You can add a maximum of 10 mobile phone subscriptions.
  3. Check ‘Ik ga akkoord met de voorwaarden’. And then click ‘Check aanmelding’.
  4. Your request will now be processed. You'll receive a text message and/or email when your application has been approved.

When Combivoordeel has been activated, you will receive the discount on your mobile phone invoices.


Last month I activated the discount as I was instructed.

I received today the factuur for january and still the discount is not included.

I want to this to be fixed, otherwise I’ll switch to another provider.


I understand you'd like for this to be fixed. I advise you to give us a call at 0800 0402. My colleagues can look into this and make sure you get the Combivoordeel.
