I have been requesting cancellations due to emigration for months and months but you have not cancelled my subscription and have been adding to my invoice every month. I have sent deregisteration details, Residence permit void proof. What more do I need for you to stop bothering me

That's not the way it should be. 

I would suggest you to add your personal data at your profile where you see (privé). 

An employee, KPN moderator will help you further.

My first advice would be to give us a call on the number + 31 6 1200 1200. From abroad that's the number you can reach us on. Will you let us know if that works for you and what the outcome was?
